PRIVACY POLICY PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Dear Sir/Madam, we wish to advise you that D.Lgs. n. 196 6/30/2003 foresees the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data. According to the law, this treatment will be shaped on values of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights. PATINA® by Codital Srl is the owner of the processing of personal data of the customer.

This personal data will be processed in observance with the Decree provisions. The owner of treatment shall take all necessary and appropriate measures to preserve and protect the confidentiality of the customer, including the minimum security measures. The customer agrees to communicate personal data to PATINA® by Codital Srl, which ensures implement of all appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality of the data, to services suppliers required for the services covered by the contract. The customer authority has the right to authorize, through the formal statements of subscription agreement, in accordance to the Legislative Decree June 30, 2003, n° 196, in attachment to the contract, the communication of personal data to dealers. Only after the customer getting consent:

  • illustrative materials about services offered will be sent to the addresses provided by the customer.
  • will be used personal data given freely and issued for the statistics processing and market surveys, even by skilled companies, with security anonymity.

In accordance to the article 13 of the mentioned law, we convey the following informations:

  • the data processing will be carried out with computerised mode and/or manual;
  • then if you don't want agree to the processing of personal data, in accordance with article 7 of the mentioned law, you may do it in any time by selecting the special function command and you can find it in each Newsletter. If the cancellation happens during a promotional program, in each case to ensure the development of that operation, your personal data will be kept exclusively for this objective until the end of that event and deleted in the end of program.

The Customer may exercise the rights expcted in Article 7 of Law Code (including , without limitations, the rights to obtain confirmation of the existence data and their communication in an intelligible form, the origin of the data, the purposes and methods of treatment, the updating, correction or integration of the data, the cancellation, anonymization or blocking of personal data processed in violation of the law, and the right to fight, in whole or in part, about employment) by making a request regarding the Licensee by Patina® Codital Srl , Via P.
